General Information 20th Reunion Updates
Listed below is a brief re-cap of deadlines and information concerning our 20Th Reunion plans. 
 
Planning committee: Will provide the group with their top choices of shore excursion that you may select via poll. The Excursions for Barbados has been included for your perusal. These polls were created  to assist you in choosing excursions of interests. Some excursion choices are very limited and would be prudent to book early to secure your seat. You have the option of choosing an excursion or viewing the islands on your own. You can plan your own events on each island, ex. walk around the shopping districts and so forth. Carnival verified all excursion polls can be reserved on-line starting 120 days prior to the cruise. Once you have made the required $250.00 Deposit, you will have to set up your individual log-on's by entering your Booking Number given to you when your Deposit was made at www.carnival. com .   If you have misplaced your booking number please send an email to Bronwen at ms_bi_bashful@ yahoo.com and she will provide it to you. We currently have 28 Cabins booked and 59 people attending the cruise. Once all the Polls are posted for the islands, the Committee will start planning other on board activities such as the 80's Party Night/Costume Party, White Pajama Night Party, Night in Paradise II, and Pool Party.
 
T-Shirt committee: Upon Clive's return from his vacation he will make the final adjustments to the names on the 20Th Reunion T-Shirt. Any honorable mentions who did not graduate with the CAHS OF 1989 but plan to actively participate including dues payment will need to submit their names upon Clive's request to insure that their names will be added. If you know of someone who wants to participate with us, let them know we need notification before we start printing our T-Shirt. We will use the original names on the class t-shirt. All others please check for the correct spelling of your names on the T-Shirt.
 
Hospitality Committee: The next process on the Planning committee agenda will be selecting the top 3 transportation picks. Committee Members were assigned different task amongst themselves to ensure that our Day in St. Thomas would be a success. They will get Quotes for transportation and catering. This selection will be based on economics. A menu will be provide to submitted to the class at a later date. The class will be updated with the planning committee progress as it becomes available.
 
Memory Book Committee: We will be creating a class video. Please submit your 1-3 min video to Justin Petty or video graphic manager. The video should be a brief introduction. Be creative but taste full. Make copies if needed. Tapes may not be returned. Justin address is located in the group database and usually follows all of his e-mails. The deadline for your tapes to be submitted is December 31, 2008.
 
We are asking all classmates even if they are not participating in the Reunion activities to submit 3 pictures of the past, present and future. You may choose your past picture to be that of your yearbook or submit a picture taken in your senior year. We will also welcome any pictures that you may have of your senior year. This could be pictures of the school, individual pictures and group pictures. Be sure that submitted pictures are of good quality. These pictures may be used throughout the memory book in a collage, group recognition etc. Valencia our Memory Book Editing coordinator will update you with the necessary information in which to set up your chosen pictures. You will also be allowed to make a brief statement about yourself to follow your three pictures of choice. A profile will be set up for you to follow as well.
 
Class account update: As promised our account information will be updated quarterly. We have had some classmates who have already paid their dues in full. You may view the account information in the file section of the group. Our current balance is $1375.24. Please make an effort to submit your dues payment which allows us to set an accurate budget for our 20Th Reunion plans. This will allow other committees to move ahead with their planning as in a number amount for the caterers for the day in St. Thomas and the budget allowance for the souvenir committee.
 
Official Alumni  Website: We are currently seeking sponsors who are interested in making a monetary donating to the official alumni website. The website is as follows: http://cahs89.classquest.com. The dollar amounts will go towards the yearly charge for this website are $ 10, $ 20 and $30. We will be charged a total of $70.00 yearly. Dues will no be used in the maintenance of this website. You may advertise your business, family business or just a special greeting to anyone. Just simply click on the website and all the needed information will be provided for you. The website is also  set up for dues payment. You will soon be able to order t-shirts and other souvenirs. Be sure to register your name on this website as well so that we may have needed information on you for any personal request that we may have. Even just to recognize you on your birthdays. Have fun with the website, it was tailor made with you in mind.
